WHEATGRASS RECIPES                                             

Banana Soy Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 sachet Bio Soy Milk
1 medium banana, quartered
2T chocolate syrup
ice cubes

Directions:
Puree all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve at once.

Hawaiian Wheatgrass
Drink
Ingredients:
1 sachet Easy Pha-Max Wheatgrass with Honey
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup water
ice

Directions:
Mix pineapple and orange juice.
Dissolve 1 sachet of Easy Pha-Max Wheatgrass with Honey
in 1 cup cold water then add to juice mixture.
Serve with ice.

Serves 4. Pineapple juice with Easy Pha-Max Wheatgrass is refreshingly healthy!

Coffee Latte Shake
Ingredients:
1 sachet Bio Coffee
1 cup cold milk
ice cubes
2T cocoa powder
hazelnut creamer, to taste
sugar, to taste

Directions:
Combine everything in a blender,
and blend until ice is crushed and shake is thick.

Frosty Miss
Ingredients:
1 sachet Bio Coffee
2T brown sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Dissolve sugar in coffee while it is hot. Let cool,
and add almond extract. Pour into a metal tray and
freeze until nearly solid. Beat well, then freeze
again until it reaches a sherbet texture. Serve topped
with whipped cream.

Serves 4

Wheatgrass Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 oranges
1 banana
1 lime
1 sachet Wheatgrass Honey
ice cubes

Directions:
Juice orange and lime, then
place all ingredients in a blender
on high speed for 30 seconds. Pour
in a glass and serve immediately.

Serves 2
