Are you too acidic and how do you change it?

What we eat and drink can have an acidic effect on our bodies.  As a result, our bodies may not function optimally which can affect your energy level and well being.

The body will do anything to maintain a pH level that ranges between 7.0 to 7.4.  When you have an acidic diet of sugar, white bread, red meat, etc…the body has to work extremely hard to maintain that level of pH.
